Saving Time With A Steam Generator Iron
Comments OffUnless you’re a very unusual individual, you probably regard ironing as a necessary evil (at best). It’s a thankless chore – and a seemingly never ending one. No sooner have you completed on batch of ironing when the next appears. It’s especially monotonous if you have a few kids in the house who need school uniforms and sports kit washed and ironed on a (very) regular basis.
If you can relate to the previous paragraph, then you might want to see if a steam generator iron could help to relieve the boredom a bit. These irons produce a lot more steam than a standard steam iron – and it’s at high pressure. This means that the steam gets really deep into the fabric of the material being ironed.
It’s easier to get any creases and wrinkles out due to the deep penetration of the steam and – much more importantly – it’s much quicker. Steam generator iron users generally report that they cut their ironing time in half by switching from standard steam irons. That’s got to be a good thing!
