Although a major lifestyle change and dedication is needed to achieve optimum results, it is still worth the try. Regular exercise everyday for at least 30 minutes with moderate intensity is enough to increase your metabolism and burn the fats. Exercise also makes the heart stronger and prevents predisposing the body from illnesses. Proper diet and good choice of foods would not only maintain your ideal weight but also keep the body strong and healthy. Most of all, dedication is one big factor to do all these. You have to keep motivating yourself to rigidly follow the healthier side of weight loss and eventually embrace a healthy lifestyle.
