Does the Perfect situp actually work is a very good question and the answer would have to be for working the abdominals and hip flexors yes it does but the real question should be does the perfect situp work any better than traditional body weight abdominal exercises?
I don’t believe it does and the stated benefits of The Perfect Situp like preventing neck pain and working your Abs harder because of the foot rests just don’t really stack up.
Assuming you have no structural problem with the spine then providing you’re doing traditional Ab exercises in the correct form and within your own physical limitations then you shouldn’t be getting any neck pain. As to the claim it works the abdominals harder I don’t believe it does the addition of the flexible foot rests is just going to work your hip flexors harder not your abdominals.
The bottom line is if you learn how to do abdominal exercises correctly and vary the type and intensity then any machine you buy is going to be superfluous including the Perfect Situp.

I have to say that my love for working out is more than it has ever been in my whole life and know that it was only a matter of time before I quit working out at the gym. If I was to quit working out at the gym, I would be able to work out at home. I had to buy myself a work out machine to work out at home with in order to be able to get the work out feeling like I have always been able to feel. I really do like to work out and finally decided to buy myself a work out machine that I would really love to work out on at all times. I bought a york exercise bike to do that on. I need to start eating the way that’s good for my health, and I’m going to starting exercising. I have decided to put into practice the px90 diet and nutrition program as this seems like a program that’s going to help lose the weight that I’ve been trying to lose for so long.
